Tropical Green Smoothie
Serves: 1 servings
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh, frozen, or canned)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup fresh kale leaves (chopped, washed, and stems removed)
1/8 cup fresh baby spinach leaves (washed)
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp fresh ginger root (peeled and grated)
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 Blend together and go!
