When you’re a kid, they say, “Don’t play with your food!” Chef Eddie does the complete opposite. Eddie thrives on going to local markets, getting new and interesting ingredients, innovating new dishes, and showcasing them at our premiere restaurants.
Bart believes in curating connection through food experiences; because experiences which are authentic in nature give people an opportunity to share and learn about one another’s background.
Jackie is an expert listener, and an imaginative leader. She is passionate about taking the time to truly understand a client’s culture and use that knowledge to custom-build the best workplace experience for that client and their guests.
Linh finds inspiration by taking the perspective of a novice, interpreting what is relevant for her current landscape, and then drawing from her past experiences to create a new vision. Her vision is then executed by her team’s collaboration and talent.
Understanding the importance of culture, travel, and accessibility in cooking, inspires Becky to think outside of the box. Whether that means learning about how indigenous Australians foraged and cultivated native ingredients, or how a condiment can transcend cultural barriers, she is feverishly curious about food cultures and customs.
Cecelia prides herself on her desire to constantly learn! She can often be found doing research on the latest trends or acquiring a new perspective through her travels. Cecelia’s desire to grow propels her success in making her ideas a reality.
