Sam is an expert in creating unique experiences that incorporate not only great food, but also a story and an educational moment behind it. It is all encompassing. As the Director of Guest Experiences, Sam brings holistic vision to our guests that focus on nourishing the mind, body, and soul.
A global powerhouse leader, Greta believes that the evolution of the program, the food, and the service is daily—especially with the changing workplace. She works with her team to constantly innovate and create transformative experiences that connect guests to the spirit of the city.
Understanding the importance of culture, travel, and accessibility in cooking, inspires Becky to think outside of the box. Whether that means learning about how indigenous Australians foraged and cultivated native ingredients, or how a condiment can transcend cultural barriers, she is feverishly curious about food cultures and customs.
John’s passion for food can be spotted from a mile away. He sees every day as an opportunity to learn, teach and serve. John takes great pride in creating guest experiences that inspire and delight.
As a classically trained food and beverage executive, Scott brings three decades of experience and a distinct culinary perspective. Scott centers his role around inspiring passion, focusing development, and offering mentorship to his team.
Living in London, Chef Lee believes that the city that he lives in is a great melting pot of food ideas. Lee believes there’s no better way to come up with new ideas than to hit the food markets with his team and indulge in new food experiences as they pop up.
With passion stemming from his family’s pub in the UK, Simon’s study of Food & Hospitality Management catapulted his 30-year career in management, c-suite leadership, and boutique consulting. Simon enjoys cooking and traveling, and he believes “a people-centric culture drives limitless potential.”
