Darren Costa is Marketing Director for LifeWorks Restaurant Group, responsible for driving marketing alignment, strengthening brand standards, and leading the strategic vision, implementation, and execution of field marketing initiatives that elevate the LifeWorks experience.

Currently overseeing all field marketing teams nationwide, he recently spent two and a half years based at Walmart's global headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas as a Senior Marketing Manager with LifeWorks, focused on storytelling, brand management, and guest experience.
