OUR APPROACH TO TRAINING

EPIC

EPIC is our proprietary hospitality training program, run for every team, in every location. It’s built on two standards: hospitality, how we welcome, anticipate, and make people feel known; and culinary, built from our chefs out, with ingredients with integrity, scratch cooking, and the art of the plate. Inside it, Earn Your Stripes is our four-level, chef-mentored certification that takes a cook to a chef.
